INSTALLATION SERVICES
G.L. Seaman & Company’s full-time Project Managers, Installation Supervisors and Field Personnel are focused on satisfying our customers by correctly and professionally performing their critical functions.  We are committed to using G.L. Seaman & Company employees on all projects and will never delegate the management or supervision of your project to a third-party subcontractor.  We view the installation process as the final performance of all the commitments made during the selling process and take a very active role in ensuring complete customer satisfaction to the very end.

ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES
G.L. Seaman & Company offers comprehensive and complete asset management services supported by specialized software that integrates bar code technology, color digital imagery and inventory reporting.  Having a current inventory of assets and their condition will prevent unnecessary purchases, maximize usage and help in planning for new furniture purchases.  Additionally, our management system can assist in providing data for depreciation schedules, insurance valuation and cost center allocation.

FURNITURE STORAGE
When short-term storage is the need, G.L. Seaman & Company provides value priced, easy-access storage service.  Unlike asset management, storage service does not include monthly reports, product condition information or real-time item accounting.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
Technical services include adjusting suspensions on drawers and doors, adjusting lock mechanisms, repairing task lighting, leveling files and replacing chair mechanisms.
